All new and original products supplied by Newplcdcs are covered by a standard one-year warranty.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Detailed warranty terms can be provided upon request.

We accept 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipment for in-stock items.
For products with a confirmed lead time, payment terms are typically 30% advance deposit, with the remaining 70% balance payable before shipment.
If you have a local agent or partner in China, RMB payment can also be arranged—please contact us for details.

We primarily ship via internationally recognized carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT/BRE, depending on destination and urgency.
Customers with their own courier accounts are welcome to arrange shipping independently.
We also support free delivery to designated freight forwarders within China.

For in-stock items, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For items with a quoted lead time, shipment will be arranged strictly according to the confirmed delivery schedule provided at the time of quotation.
