Description

The Bently Nevada 128277-01 is a Half-Height Future Expansion Faceplate (Slot Cover) engineered for the Bently Nevada 3500 Series Machinery Protection System.

In a standard 3500 system rack, the power supply section (located on the far left) consists of two half-height slot positions for 3500/15 Power Supplies. When a rack is configured with a single power supply instead of dual-redundant supplies, the 128277-01 faceplate is installed over the empty half-height slot. It protects internal backplane contacts, maintains cooling airflow, and prevents dust, debris, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) from entering the rack chassis.
