Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/15 (part number 114M5330-01) is a Low Voltage DC Power Supply Module engineered for the Bently Nevada 3500 Series Machinery Protection System.
Installed in the left-most slot positions of a standard 19-inch 3500 system rack, the 3500/15 converts incoming 24 V DC station power into conditioned, regulated internal DC voltage rails (+5V DC, ±15V DC, +24V DC) required by surrounding monitor cards, Keyphasor units, and transient data interface (TDI) processors.

- Redundant Dual-Supply Configuration: A 3500 rack can house either one or two power supplies. When two are installed, the lower slot acts as primary and the upper as backup, enabling seamless, uninterrupted failover.
- Hot-Swappable Operation: In dual-redundant setups, a failed power supply module can be removed and replaced while the rack remains fully powered and online.
- Self-Monitoring & Diagnostics: Built-in self-test circuitry continuously monitors output voltage rails and alerts the central system if any supply rail falls outside specified operational limits.
- Internal Line Filtering: Integrated EMI and transient line filters shield sensitive vibration processing channels from electrical noise on the field DC bus.
