  • Terminal & Cable Audit: Periodically check plug-in terminal screws and signal cable connectors to prevent loosening caused by heavy machinery vibration.
  • Transducer Loop Diagnostics: If a channel fault or “OK limit” error appears on the paired MPC4 card, check the sensor power supply loop and measure signal voltages directly at the IOC4T terminal blocks using a digital multimeter.
