Operating Precautions
- Fiber Type Compatibility: This module is designed for Multi-mode fiber. Do not attempt to use Single-mode fiber, as the core diameter difference will lead to massive signal loss and link failure.
- Connector Care: ST connectors must be kept clean. Use a specialized fiber cleaning pen or isopropyl alcohol wipes before inserting the cable to prevent “pitting” of the optical interface.
