Installation & Use
- Verify the module — Confirm the complete DIM5.1 model and hardware version before installation.
- Check power supply — Provide a suitable 12–36 VDC external supply and verify polarity.
- Wire digital inputs — Confirm whether each input uses positive or negative switching and verify the required signal voltage.
- Connect outputs — Keep each output within the 0.5 A channel rating and observe the 2 A maximum for each group of eight outputs.

⚠️ Compatibility note: DEIF also has newer DIM6.1 modules; DEIF’s current documentation identifies DIM6.1 separately from DIM5.1. Do not treat DIM6.1 as an automatic replacement for DIM5.1 without checking the controller and I/O architecture.
