The Schneider AccuSine PCS+ (PCS030Y4IP20P) is an ultra-fast Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) designed to improve power quality in demanding industrial and commercial electrical networks. Unlike passive filters, the AccuSine PCS+ actively monitors the nonlinear load current and injects an adaptive “anti-harmonic” current to cancel out distortion. This 30A unit is specifically optimized for localized harmonic mitigation at the load level or for smaller distribution panels, providing not only harmonic cancellation but also power factor correction and load balancing.

Operating Precautions
- CT Selection: Ensure the Current Transformers (CTs) are of high accuracy (Class 0.5 or better) and correctly phased; incorrect CT orientation is the most common cause of commissioning failure.
